What You Will Experience On Election Day

Delaware County voters will be using the Hart Verity 2.3.4 Voting System beginning in the 2020 election cycle.

The system, certified by the PA Department of State, meets the Governor’s mandate for a verifiable paper trail. It includes plain text which voters can read to verify their vote before casting their ballot.

NOTE: The 2020 election cycle was quite an experience. Rife with special exceptions to the process related to COVID-19, staffing issues and generally poor management and frankly, incompetence by the newly appointed Delaware County Board of Elections. We EXPECT these issues to be addressed and corrected before the next election.

Watch the following videos to learn how to use the new machines and what the process is REQUIRED to look like at your voting location on election day.
